Coming into the third weekend of games this season, RMU had to re-group after a disappointing weekend in New Cumberland, PA where they went 1-3. The weekend break gave the Colonials a chance to practice a few times before they headed to North Arlington, NJ for another weekend of tough competition.

This weekend the Colonials face a familiar opponent, the University of Massachusetts. UMass also played in Division 2 and are the reigning 2015-16 Division 2 National Champions. They seemed to have RMU's number last season, although they Colonials were able to defeat them once when they were ranked #1 in the Nation. Although both teams had many talented players that should lead to a hard fought battle, UMass seemed to get inside the heads of the Colonials. With many new players on the RMU roster this season, they hope some fresh faces will help lead them to victory. But it won't be easy. Last weekend UMass STUNNED Neumann University and broke their 68 game ECRHA winning streak. Bobby Mo faces them twice on Saturday (at Noon and at 9:00 pm). They also face Temple and Rhode Island.
